A navy kitchen, a walkout lower level and a rooftop terrace, on a street where the neighbours had to live through it.
The rooftop terrace is the part people remember, but the walkout is the part that changed what the house could be.
A walkout lower level turns a basement from storage into a floor of the house. It depends entirely on the grade at the rear of the lot, which is the sort of thing worth establishing before you buy rather than after.
The kitchen is navy with a marble run, which was a braver choice in 2023 than it looks now. The ensuite has a glass shower and a double vanity under a window.
