Who We Are
We are a family-run design-build firm in Mississauga. Drawings, zoning, permits, engineering, construction and finishes are all ours, under one roof.
That means one schedule instead of four, one price instead of a stack of estimates that do not agree, and one person who answers when something needs a decision. You are not coordinating an architect against a framer and absorbing the gaps between them.
Since 1995 we have delivered more than a hundred homes across the Greater Toronto Area — Mississauga, Toronto, Oakville, Vaughan, Brampton and Richmond Hill. Tarion registered, HCRA licensed, fully insured.
Our Story
GrandBuild started in 1995 with [FOUNDER NAME] on other people’s job sites, framing houses with his own tools. He had seen enough good homes let down by too many companies with nobody accountable in the middle, and he set out to run one where that gap did not exist.
The work grew from framing to renovations, from renovations to whole homes. Thirty years and a hundred homes later, the company is still owned by the same family, still based in Mississauga, and still built on the same arrangement: the people whose name is on the sign are the people you deal with.

The same trades across years of work. We do not re-tender every season to whoever came in lowest.

We are still here, in the same city, under the same name, thirty years later. That is the only guarantee that cannot be written down.

A hundred homes is not one person’s work. This is who you will actually be dealing with.
Behind them is a crew we have worked with for years, the same framers, the same electricians, the same finish carpenters.
What Is Guaranteed
Four commitments, in writing, before anything is built.
A fixed price, published in advance
Signature Series runs $350 to $450 per square foot. Estate Series runs $450 to $800. Most projects start from $1,050,000. Your own figure is itemised and agreed before we break ground, and it does not move unless you move it.
Tarion warranty on every home
One year on workmanship and materials, two on major systems, seven on structure. That coverage sits with Tarion, not with us, which is the point of it.
Licensed and insured
HCRA licensed and renewed every year. General liability and WSIB on every site. You can look us up on the Ontario Builder Directory before you call.
One point of contact
From the first drawing to the last walkthrough, the same person. And we stay reachable long after the keys change hands.
