GrandBuild Homes started in 1995 with hands on tools. It is still run by the same family, out of Mississauga, and we still put our name on every detail.
Who you are hiring
We are a family-run design-build firm in Mississauga. Not a sales office that subcontracts your project to whoever is cheapest that month.
What began in 1995 as hands-on construction work has become a company that takes a custom home from an empty lot to a set of keys — architectural drawings, zoning, permits, engineering, construction and finishes — under one roof and one point of contact. Over thirty years we have delivered more than a hundred homes across the Greater Toronto Area.
That structure is the whole point. You are not coordinating an architect against a framer against a cabinet supplier and absorbing the gaps between them. There is one team, one schedule, and one person who answers when something needs a decision.
We are registered with Tarion, licensed by the HCRA, and fully insured. Every home we build carries the statutory new home warranty, and we stay reachable after the walkthrough.

Not everyone starts with a lot
A good number of the people who come to us do not own the land yet, or are sitting on a house they need to sell before they can build. We help with both — finding the right property, working out what can actually be built on it before you commit, and handling the sale of the home you are in.
It means you are not trying to line up a realtor, a seller and a builder on your own, and it means someone is looking at the lot with a builder’s eye before you buy it rather than after.

We publish our pricing
Signature Series $350–450 per square foot, Estate Series $450–800, most projects from $1,050,000. You can read it before you call us. Almost nobody in this market does that.
One accountable team
Design, permits, engineering, construction and finishes are all ours. No handoffs, no gaps between trades for you to manage, one person to call.
Fixed price before we dig
Your number is itemized line by line and agreed before we break ground. Ranges are for planning; your quote is not a moving target.
